To work in an organization offering a high degree of challenge, responsibility, and decision-making power where I can use my skills to achieve organizational goals. To pursue scientific contributions that would further enrich my experience and creativity in the field of research and academics.
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Devidas S. Bhagat completed his master’s degree in the discipline of chemistry from the Dept.t of Chemistry, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in 2010 with distinction. He qualified NET CSIR JRF exam held in June2011 (All India Rank-027) and also qualified GATE (IIT-IISc) exam held in Feb-2013 (All India Rank-185). Hecompleted his Ph.D. degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in June 2019. He was a junior (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) of CSIR (Council of Scientific & Industrial Research) from 2012 to 2015. Selected as Assistant Professor through MPSC (General merit list no. 04th rank). Currently working as an assistant professor atthe Government Institute of Forensic Science, Aurangabad since September 2015. Published more than 59Research articles in international peer-review journals and 6authored book chapters published in reputed international Elsevier, and Springer Nature publisher. In the master’s degree program,23 students have completed their research project in PG dissertation under his guidance. He has13 years of research experience including research scholar and working as faculty. Worked on various administrative positions and committees in his past career including duties assigned by the district collector and the department of higher and technical education.Worked as Co-ordinator of Boys Hostel, Government Institute of Forensic Science, Aurangabad from the academic year 2015-16 to 2017-18, 2019-20-2022-23 (Six years). Worked as a mentor in CSIR-NEIST Jorhat for CSIR-SRTP 2020.Worked as Co-ordinator of the Sports department of the Institute from the academic year 2020-21 to 2022-23. Worked as Course Co-ordinator and Mentor of online certificate course “Fundamental of Research in Chemical Science” from the academic year 2022-23. He has 10 international and National Research linkages with the researcher, eminent professor, and Research scholar. He was felicitated with Academic Excellence Awardin Forensic Chemistry from Legal desire media and Insight in January 2021.

Biosynthesis of nanomaterial for the study of its application in forensics to the visualization of LFPs, photocatalytic degradation, and antimicrobial activity.
